What is Celebrations
Celebrations is an online service that helps you create invites, track RSVPs, and coordinate gifts for your events. It is currently offered for free.
Your agreement
By using Celebrations, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time.
Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Provide accurate information when signing up.
- Keep your password secure and don't share your account.
- You're responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Don't spam or abuse the platform.
- Don't try to access other users' data or bypass security measures.
- Respect other people's privacy.
What we provide
- A platform to create and share event invites.
- Tools to collect RSVPs and coordinate gifts.
- We do our best to keep the service running, but can't guarantee it will always be available.
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
What we don't do
- We don't guarantee guests will attend your event.
- We don't process payments. Gift purchases happen directly between guests and stores.
- Gift coordination is a tool to avoid duplicates, not a guarantee of purchases or deliveries.
- We're not responsible for third-party links or product information accuracy.
Ending your account
- You can delete your account anytime in settings.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of Celebrations after changes means you accept the new terms.
